Kim is a results driven bidding manager, business developer and private subcontractor with expertise in identifying Federal, State, Commercial, and private bidding opportunities in the competitive field of architectural metal roofing and siding. An out of the box thinker with a flair for charting out sales and business development strategies, which have contributed towards enhancing business volumes and achieving revenue as well as profitability norms.
Kim has rich experience in coordinating entire gamut of bidding for clients, finding all bidding opportunities through established architectural contacts, general contractor contacts, and a multitude of bidding platforms. She has had success in helping to win a multitude of federal, state, and private contracts during this time. Some of the successful bidding contracts she has helped secure are; City of Fort Collins MAX BRT Transit Facility, Horsetooth Reservoir Visitor Center, Wyoming National Guard C-130 Center and San Luis Valley Airport, as well as many other private projects in the southwestern portion of the country.
Kim has extensive outside and inside sales experience for architectural metal roofing and siding sales sector. She has managed 2 national retail accounts for 9 states where she specialized in commercial/government bidding and project management, standard stocking orders for the retail chains, as well as special order sales. Increasing the sales over 100% for this sector. Kim also managed and handled training for these retail accounts employees and their existing employees.
Chris is a founder and the managing partner of Alpine Investment Partners. Based in Denver, Chris leads the firm's acquisition, diligence and fundraising efforts. He will take active leadership and governance roles with strategic partners and affiliates on an as needed basis, leveraging his prior experience in the markets within which Alpine's partners compete and offer services.
Prior to Alpine, Chris spent more than five years as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at Primoris Services Corporation, a NASDAQ listed firm (PRIM). Primoris has over $1B in market cap and over $2B in revenue. Chris successfully closed 17 transactions while at Primoris.
Chris brings financial and operational experience to the firm, having previously served as the SVP and CFO at Emphusion and as an operational and financial leader at The TriZetto Group.
Chris' prior experience also includes time as an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank and as an Associate at KPMG Audit.
Chris has a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA, Corporate Strategy & Finance, from the University of Michigan. He carries the designation of CPA.
Zach is the founder and president of Z Craft Ltd. Based in the Denver area, Z Craft is a full service roofing and siding company that specializes in architectural metal and commercial membrane roofing systems among other sub-specialties. Zach started the company nearly a decade ago and has steadily grown it from inception into a multimillion dollar operation recognized for a strong commitment to customer service and a standout finished product in the field.
Z Craft has successfully completed numerous projects for City, State, Military and Institutional clients. Zach has delivered projects across the full life cycle, from new builds to re-roofs and from maintenance to managing post-litigation consulting and remediating projects as the replacement contractor on behalf of surety and other stakeholders.
Zach is also the owner and president of Arc Fab Ltd. which is the fabrication portion of the overall operations. Arc Fab specializes in fabricating Architectural Metal Systems such as standing seam roof and wall panels, as well as metal flashings for a large variety of construction trades. Arc Fab also fabricates custom rain screen systems including unique patination finishes.
Zach Taylor has multiple manufacturer certifications from various Architectural Metal Manufacturers and has been employed to do national and international consulting on behest of Drexel Metals as well as Sheffield Metals International.
Zach Taylor has a B.A in Philosophy and Business from Fort Lewis College in Durango Co. and has owned and operated roofing companies since 1995.
